Alex was very helpful the entire buying process. Since I was out of state, I almost relied him on everything from seeing the interested properties, making videos, checking out the surroundings, to final walk through. He acted like he was my extended eyes for me to see every aspect of the property. He worked great with the seller’s agent to negotiate a perfect price, personally went through all the inspections and repairs. He helped me to find a perfect home without me even present.
